At Charter oaks we offer a full range of "off the shelf" surveys, however we also offer a full consultancy service and tailor our surveys to meet your individual needs.

Blanket Survey

The definitive survey service, from statutory record collection through topographic survey and utility survey with radio frequency locator and ground penetrating radar and an AutoCAD drawing showing the comprehensive survey results.

Full Survey

Most common type of survey, which suits the majority of our customers needs. Similar to the blanket survey but doesn't include record collection or topographic survey.

On-Site Mark-Out

The survey without the drawings, if you are in an hurry then this is for you!

CAT Survey Only

If you are looking for a single pipe or a few metallic / power carrying features then this may be the most cost effective method for you.

Specialist Radar Survey

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, whether that is sub-surface voids or Leaking water pipes, this service is probably what your looking for
